This is a place to describe Terms and Conditions of using our Services

GCL Construction Services LLC will provide a formal proposal of work to be performed. The proposal will outline the scope of work, and estimated cost. Upon acceptance of proposal a 50% deposit will be required for material. The remaining amount will be due in full the day of project completion. 

Change Orders

No Changes to original work order shall be performed without written agreement from GCL Construction Services LLC and the customer. Any additional costs will be added to the final bill. We are not responsible for any unforeseeable prior damage. i.e If there is rotted sheathing on a roof that isnt able to be detected prior to project start customer will be responsible to pay for costs to repair. 

Termination

Either party may terminate the project at any time. If the Customer chooses to terminate they must pay all costs incurred up to that point. 

GCL Construction Services will perform the work in a timely and professional manner. 

In accepting these terms and conditions you agree to be bound legally to uphold them.
